Experimentationating

I'm in a sugar coma.

OOOOH MAN - AND -  I was supposed to go for a run today!  Now I have to do double time at the gym tomorrow. I'd go right this minute if I could move.

We've been experimenting with all sorts of goodness.

Butterscotch ganache. IN cupcakes. ON TOP of cupcakes. IN the frosting.....here's a sneek peek. I had to have one....okay okay...so I had 2 .....that's it....I'm going for a run every day this week. I just wish I loved running as much as I love cupcakes.

Veddy Scedddddddy Spidey cakes

Fro and I just spent the last 3 hours decorating an order a la Halloween style. Super fun. Super messy. I really should have taken a picture of myself all covered with icing, pretty much from head to toe - but i'm too proud. Plus I only had about 2 hours sleep last night so I'm doubly frazzled.

I'm going to sign off and relax (with a glass...heck a bottle of wine) but here's the final products.

Ready, Set - GO

My name is Elese, his name is Sean. Together we are Ginger & Fro.

We decided to start a cupcake/dessert company sort of on a whim. We would bring cupcakes/desserts to every event or party and everyone liked them....so we figured people might actually pay for what we make so we decided to create 'Ginger & Fro'. This little piece of the interweb will be where we document our baking achievements and disasters (and there will be A LOT of disasters, of course with photographic evidence) on our new journey.
